MEDICAL QIGONG EXERCISE CLASSES
BEGINNER’S CLASS
Taking the time for self-care and connecting with that (not so?) quiet space within, is difficult with challenges of day-to-day life. So often, we put our physical and emotional health low on the priority list. A small ache and pain, or a sad and anxious day may seem less important than the demands of family and career obligations. We minimize and medicate with little regard for what our body and spirit are trying to tell us.
I would like to invite you to participate in a class that is described as a “moving meditation”. A low impact, mindful series of exercises that include gentle movements, stretches and sound meditations will improve your physical function and emotional outlook. I challenge you to attend weekly for a month or two and notice the difference!
To experience the life-transforming practice of Qigong movement, please join me on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 pm at the East Coast Institute of Medical Qigong in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania at 100 Buford Ave. – Suite D.
During this 60-minute practice, I will guide you through various exercises intended to move beneficial Qi (energy) into the body and impure Qi out. These classes are gentle and beneficial for people of any age (10+ years) and ability, you may even participate while seated. No equipment necessary and wear comfortable clothes.
