Qigong Explained

I recently had the privilege of being a guest on the podcast Lifting the Veil with Terri and Rhonda. During the discussion, we explored how Qigong can heal mentally, physically, and spiritually. It was a great conversation and I think you’ll enjoy it. Thanks, Terri and Rhonda!

An essential part of Qigong is regular practice.

I teach moving meditation classes each week using sound and color to purge, tonify, and regulate your energetic body.

All are invited to attend!

Below are videos of the exercises I teach each week. I also prescribe some of these exercises to one-on-one clients to supplement treatments and speed progress. I encourage DAILY Qigong as a practice to restore equilibrium and health. Do one or more of the videos below.

A good beginner daily practice would be: Old man (5 minutes)> Golden Ball (5 minutes) > Pull Down Heavens (1 set of 3). After several weeks, you may increase to up to 10 minutes of each, ending with 1 set of Pull Down Heavens.
